The hotel's rooms were well-kept and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast and found the staff to be hospitable. the location was great, with easy access to local attractions and activities. the room had modern facilities to enhance the stay.
We couldn't ignore the lack of professionalism from some members of the hotel staff. Some incidents, such as opening our door without permission and bringing us food while we were sleeping, dampened our experience.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was conveniently located near some attractions. the hotel also had a nice view of the surrounding area.
The staff was unprofessional and invasive. They entered the room without permission, and the reception area was uncomfortably warm without AC. the hotel seemed overpriced for what was offered, and the water in the washroom was yellow.

staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had many options and was great. The hotel had a good location and transportation was easy to find.

Stayed over Christmas. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. The hotel had great location and was situated nearby to some amazing restaurants and cafes. there was a lovely Christmas dinner that was offered to the guests which was a nice surprise.
Some of the hotel staff were not professional. The cleaning lady came in the room without permission while I was changing.
